Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I want to enclose a terrace, open up the dining room by removing 2 large double glass doors and redo the kitchen altogether to include a now non existent pantry and an island if possible. I also want a pool to be included in the plans and taken into consideration; however it will not be built at the same time that all the rest of the remodeling will be done, but at another time.
Electrical and Air Conditioning as well as plumbing needs to be included and whoever applies for this needs to be familiar with the remodeling/building codes in Miami, Florida USA.
I also need to have the possibility to reach out again in case something needed to be corrected/changed as per inspections if need be. I can provide the original plans of the house as well. All I am uploading is the area that needs to be worked on at the time only to see how the new distribution would end up being. I do not want to bring down any structural walls.
