40ft wide 32ft deep 3 story cinder block building. 1st floor ht 8ft --12" block(basement level) and 2nd floor ht 14ft --12" block(street level) shall be concrete, the 3rd floor wooden floor joists @ plywood floor. need placement and sizes for windows, doors and stairs. small bathroom @ stand alone shower should be stick built and finisned with green board inside dry wall outside ceiling and exaust fan rear middle of 2nd floor.
