A&A for workshop, I need a drafting specialist
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
Currently sitting on the front of commercial plot of 458.73 sqm facing the road is two storey building with ground floor for retail and upper floor for office sitting on width 10.06M x length 14.3M and jointly follow by a single storey workshop with Asbestos Roof and towards the back is carparking for 6 Vehicles of width 10.06M x 16.5M.
The intention is that the workshop with Asbestos roof (10.06M x 14.3M ) which we want to take down and instead of replacing a new roof over it, we planned to build over it with a second storey of height 6.5M from ground level of RC concrete floor finish and above will be plaster board ceiling of 3M height and on top a colourbond roof without pitch facing North for provision for solar panels to be installed later.
The reason for the 6.5M height ceiling on the ground floor is under the second storey will be a Mezzanine floor with finish ceiling height of 3M for ground floor and Mezzanine floor respectively.
Nothing will carried out in the existing Front building and since we be demolition of the Asbestos Roof, my intention is to prepare this renovation as A&A (Alteration and Addition) instead of reconstruction for submissions to the Shires.
