for the UK, I need to produce full building Regulations Plans with working drawing, specification. Full drawing plans will be provided.

I need someone who is familiar with the UK Planning rules can produce full building Regulations Plans accompanied with working drawing, specification and structural drawings. To be obtained ideally from an Architect. Full drawing plans will be provided to those who are matched to do it professional and correctly first time.

Note: These Building Regs Plans will be submitted to Swansea Council, Wales planning department for approval. Hence it must be correct before payment is released.
