floor plans, sections and elevations

I have an original CAD file of a cottage and I also have a new CAD file with all the changes that need to be made to the original CAD file. May you please let me know if you are able to incorporate both designs together where everything is organized and makes sense? I will need both floor plans complete with sections + elevations for each area of the house. for example: fireplace elevation, section, plan. etc..
