2 floor cottage engineered plans

Looking to prepare permit ready engineered drawings that conform to Ontario Building Code - 4 bedroom cottage (looking for a simple structure with a full basement and two floors - 2 1/2 baths). The building will be a cottage and as such will want to maximize the waterfront view with an open concept living room - kitchen with a two floor vaulted ceiling and bedrooms on the second floor as well as a principal suite on the main floor. Hoping for a 4 bedroom layout.
