existing paper drawings drawings in pdf and dwg

I am looking for a freelancer to digitize a selection of existing paper drawings into PDF and/or DWG formats. The project includes converting 1 to 5 drawings, and the output format is PDF only, and no modifications or enhancements are required. I am looking for someone with experience in this kind of work, preferably with portfolio of sample work available. All inputs provided must be accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
