engineered plan

I am looking for an experienced engineer to develop an ENGINEERED PLAN (structural plan) for a small structure, 500 sft garage. I already have an architectural plan, so the engineer needs to create a structural plan that is well-designed for the parameters that are outlined in the architectural plan. This plan should be approved from a local/regional or federal authority, depending on the structure and use. The engineer should take into account the requirements for building regulations and codes and should also consider any alternate structural materials or methods that could reduce the cost of materials without sacrificing structural integrity. In addition, the engineer should evaluate the site conditions to determine any potential environmental hazards that may affect the design process.
