edcr drawing in autocad with structural and elevation drawing

I am looking for a freelancer to draw an eDCR drawing in AutoCAD, which will include structural and elevation drawings. The purpose of the drawing is for construction planning. I have exact measurements for the drawing, and I need it completed no earlier than two weeks from now. The freelancer will need to have access to AutoCAD so that they can complete the task effectively. This is a fairly complex drawing that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow exact instructions.
