draftsman for south toowoomba

Lot is the corner of Sheehan and Searle St South Toowoomba. The size is 8.7m x 36.3m 339m2. I would like to build to the TRC SMALL LOT BUILDING CODE and I also have a few requirements in the brief. I am interested in using sips industries ready-cut panels also I want to use off the shelf windows doors and kitchen ecopolar to keep costs down. I am awaiting the soil test done. There are houses (old) on 2 sides of lot so it shouldnt be too bad. The soft slop is about 1-1.5 difference over 36 -40m.
