I am a project manager and qualified carpenter seeking a registered Draftsperson/Architect who can assist with the alteration of some existing house/shed plans for council approval.
About the project:
I have some template drawings in CAD and PDF form, from a local retired Architect that need some minor amendments for permit approval. The property is around 1 acre in rural Victoria. Some additions include:
- For planning permit: Site survey plan, alteration to floorplans, shading plan, landscaping plan, a greenhouse & a conservatory.
- For building permit: Engineering details, service drawings, drainage plan, finishes schedule and 3d renders.
- Attached images are for reference only, plans will be made available shortly.
About you:
- Registered Draftsperson/Architect in Australia (required)
- An interest in holistic sustainable design, design of small spaces and/or landscaping (preferred)
- Once the permit application process begins, capacity for a quick turnaround on amendments (required).
- A desire to complete a considered, unique and environmentally sensitive project
