digitalize a drawn house floorplan in autocad or sketchup (.dwg or .skp + .pdf format)

I'm looking for someone to digitally create floorplans of a house, from a digital file (e.g. JPEG, PNG) with precise measurements included. The desired output format for the floorplan is either Autocad (.dwg) or Sketchup (.skp). This project is ideal for someone who is experienced in converting hand drawn floor plans to digital versions and is able to replicate the architect's technical building requirements (featured in 273016_19230308_PLU_286217.pdf and 273016_19230308_PLU_286220.pdf) and add some minor adjustments (detailled in 273016_19230308_PLU_286225 and 273016_19230308_PLU_286223 and 273016_19230308_PLU_286224.pdf . This project requires accuracy and attention to detail!
