Phase 3 basement remodel plans that needed to be edited for minor changes per San Diego county approval. Structural engineer already stamped approval. Just need to edit a few pages, minor modifications. Need quick turn around. Has pdf plans created by a draftsman who used the Chief Architect program. Need someone proficient in making changes using this program.
