Re-create a space plan in Autocad.

I need a storage building space plan created in AutoCad. My client is the plumbing contractor. During construction, the city required a few changes. We are now at final inspection, and the city is requiring the plumbing plans to be revised to show the changes. The Engineer of Record is not responding, so I have been asked to do the updates. I will do the Plumbing Engineering. I need the background re-created so we can do the plans. Attached is the PDF of the plumbing plans to be re-created. I only need the first floor background re-created. See sheet P1.1.. I need Architectural Background only, sheet P1.1 (page 3 of 9).
