create simple cad file for IO Shield template

Hello, I need a simple CAD file create (stp, step format) for an IO Shield on my PC, I nee dot submit this file to a CNC/laser cut business, please review attached file of the ports I need to make on this IO Shield. Dimensions are included on the jpg image. I am needing this simple drawing as soon as possible.
