covered porch

I'm looking to build a mid-sized covered porch/three-season room attached to my house. The porch area will be about 260 square feet (10x26). I will to build it using wood as the main material, with a shed roof. I'm looking for an architect or an engineer who has experience with drawing plans for a permit application. The property is in Coolbaugh Township PA. A picture of a cardboard model is attached.
