convert 2d AutoCAD to cad file

I am looking for a freelancer to convert 6-10 2D AutoCAD files into CAD files for Engineering Design purposes. The CAD files can be in any of the following formats: DWG, DXF or STL. The ideal candidate should have experience in CAD conversion and be proficient in AutoCAD software.
