I am looking for a skilled and experienced designer to assist with the fitout of my medium-sized office space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and a keen understanding of the unique requirements of commercial spaces.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in designing medium-sized spaces ranging from 1000-5000 sq ft
- Previous experience working on office fitouts
- Strong understanding of industrial design principles and aesthetics
- Ability to create a functional and visually appealing workspace that aligns with the industrial design style
- Proficiency in using design software and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the client and other stakeholders throughout the design process
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to understand their specific requirements and design preferences
- Develop a comprehensive design plan for the office fitout, taking into consideration the size and layout of the space
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, and fixtures that reflect the industrial design style
- Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings of the proposed design to help the client visualize the final outcome
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase to ensure that the design is executed as planned
