As a civil engineer, I am looking to plan a commercial site for a project that is less than one acre in size, specifically for a commercial development. In addition to the planning, I would need cost estimates and bids to be included, this is an existing building and site. Parking will be the greatest challenge. Objective is to supply municipality with plan that is compliant with codes.
