civil engineer

Need a site plan design for a patio cover. I have the requirements from the city of phoenix and a set of plans. The plans are based on an as built we wish to add solar on. The design attached is flawed as it does not meet code. looking for someone to provide a site plan. with the required elevations etc. for submittal for permit
