calculation for roof screen mounting

Hi! I am looking for an experienced licensed structural freelancer to help me calculate a roof screen mounting for my project. The roof is flat, and I prefer to use steel material for the mounting. Additionally, the screen to be mounted is small and lightweight. It can take a wind load of 30 mph. I need one detail to show how it's attached to a post and how the post is attached to the roof. The roof sheathing is 1 x 6, over 2 x 12 at 16'oc. Your help in this project would be greatly appreciated. I have drawings for the roof screen and details of how it's mounted to the mechanical unit. But we will need 4 posts to attach the screen where the unit does not extend to.

A successful bidder should have in-depth experience with steel material, roof, and the process of planning the mounting. The calculations must be done properly, so experience with measurement units and mathematical formulae is a plus. I am open to suggestions and appreciate creative ideas to make this project come true.
