CAD Designer Needed for Simple 2D Drafting Project Using AutoCAD
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Strong background in 2D drafting
- Experience with simple design projects
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting
- Ability to follow specific design requirements
- Good communication skills to understand client needs and make revisions if necessary
Take existing ADU plan and make requested modifications.
1) Mirror floor layout: what's left should go to the right. The rooms in this design need to be moved to the opposite locations.
a) Bedroom needs to be moved to where kitchen is (right most room becomes left most room)
b) Kitchen takes the place of the Bedroom
c) Living room (or Entry room) needs to move from the left side of building to the right side.
2) Shared plumbing wall. In this CAD file, the kitchen and bathroom do not share a wall.
a) Now that Kitchen and Bathroom share wall, move all plumbing description to that wall.
3) Remove all references to Gas services. The finished CAD drawing should contain no reference to Gas services. This ADU will be 100% electric.
4) Make no other changes. All structural parts of the building must remain exactly the same as the original drawing.
