beam replacement

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with replacing a wooden beam. The reason why I need to replace the beam is due to a renovation/upgrade. The beam is in an easily accessible location, so it should be relatively easy to get to for the replacement. I am looking for a freelancer with the expertise and ability to do this job for me. The bottom cord is at 8 feet and Id like to raise it to 10 feet without ripping the roof off.
