autocad raster

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The goal is to generate autocad raster images in DWG format. I'm not sure if the images need to be georeferenced, so I'm open to suggestions. I'm looking for high resolution raster images for this project. If you have the skills and capability to help me out, please let me know. Thank you!
