autocad editing

I have some autocad plans which i need editing. they are for a bar. I already have existing plans, so i just need them modifying for what we have built. I will mark up the drawings by hand and need them changes adding to Autocad.

there are seven sets of drawings in total. all v similar.

I have regular work so am looking to link up with someone.
