autocad draftsman

I'm looking for an experienced Autocad draftsman to help me bring my ideas to life for a government project. The project I will need help with is a land acquisition drawing/ transmission line route profile/ foundation drawing. I have some rough sketches and ideas of what I'd like it to look like, however, I'll need an expert to help me pull this together. As part of this project, I plan to be very involved and provide regular feedback and guidance along the way.
