attached pergola over existing deck - Zolg
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing deck that is medium-sized (100-300 sq. ft). I am interested in having a pergola attached to it for a touch of aesthetic charm. The material I prefer for this pergola is wood, and I am looking for a traditional style. I need a freelancer to help me create this pergola so that I can achieve the look and feel I am going for.

A 2x12 double beam will extend approximately 2' beyond posts. rafters will be 2x8x16 attached to 2x8 header on house with decorative simpson black joist holder brackets and extend over 2x12 beams by about a foot. Purlins 2x2s will top rafters at right angle with a spacing of 3 inches and overhang end rafter about 4". All exposed hardware will be matte black as pergola is No. 1 ground treated southern pine with dark cedartone color. Bottom of rafters to deck will be approximately 9 feet.
I would like this plan to include elevation views front and side along with a materials list as I plan to use the drawings and specs to present to my HOA, township zoning, and acquire county building permit.
