architectural plans for a house with building control specifications

I have a design for a small house that I want drawing up and specifying with building control specifications, along with construction instructions to the builder. I will provide the pans for the basic layouts and I want someone to run to through their software and export finished plans and elevations and also specify all the building code requirements ready for submission to UK standards. You MUST be fully familiar with UK building regulations. The house will have an approximate footprint of 50m2 and have 2 s floors and a roof terrace.
