architectural and engineering drawings

My project requires both architectural and engineering drawings with detailed and accurate specifications. Although I have a general idea of what I need, I need assistance with developing the specific details and dimensions. This project will require a longer timeline, estimated to be more than 3 months. The ideal candidate will have experience with architectural and engineering drawings and be able to bring my vision to life within the timeline provided. I am looking forward to finding the perfect person for this job.

This is a basic conceptional design of a 3 bay, shed roof garage. The intent is to have no posts in the garage. The left-most bay is to have no load-bearing walls on the interior so they could be removed to create another garage bay. The spans are large in this structure and I need some engineering make it happen. I will be constructing this myself for the most part and am not afraid of using steel beams or large engineered beams where necessary. The framing view of the structure is for a general overview only. Changes in the structure are fine as long as we end up with the no-post-design intent.

I need a set of engineer-stamped drawings with exterior elevations and detailed construction drawing, and details to permit and perform the construction of this structure in Deschutes County, Oregon. 65709 93rd St. Bend, OR 97703.
