architectural CAD drafting from hand drawings

I am looking to hire an experienced CAD drafting professional to help create architectural CAD drawings from hand-drawn sketches. The required level of precision is basic and all measurements and dimensions are provided. The expected turnaround time for the project is 1-2 weeks. The successful contractor should have extensive experience in this particular field and be able to produce high-quality, accurate work in a timely manner. Project is a cantilevered extension of an existing wooden deck. I have a overall deck design (attached, already in CAD and approved by HOA). Now looking to hire a drafter to CAD the remaining detail sheets, suitable for submission for building permit.
