apartment blueprint from pdf/png to dwg

I have the blueprint of an apartment in pdf and in png and i want to have them in dwg file so i can work on. the dimensions are in cm. if there is a dot in any dimension ignore them. example 10.48 is 1048 cm. I would need also a print of the final dwg in pdf or png file.
