adu structural design drawing

Hello! I'm looking for a professional to create structural design drawings for an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). The unit will be 500 - 1000 square feet and involve a conversion from existing space. I have specific requirements and features that I need incorporated into the design, so a creative approach is preferred. The completed drawings should include all required structural components, as well as design elements that meet local building codes. Must be certified in Washington State.
