Project Description: Urgent Bathroom Addition/Extension with Rough Design Idea
We are looking for a skilled and experienced architect/designer/draftsmsn/designer /contractor to help us with an urgent bathroom addition/extension project. We have a rough idea of the design and style we want for the addition, and we need someone who can work within a tight timeline of less than 60 days
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Adding or extending the bathroom area in our master bedroom
- Incorporating our rough design idea into the final plans
- Ensuring that the addition/extension seamlessly blends with the existing master bedroom and bathroom
- Adhering to all necessary building codes and regulations
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- looking for an architect /designer to provide cad drawn plans and ideas to a general contractor to build out /extend his own master bathroom and good size walk-in closet with a unique /modern design while keeping within the existing lines an architecture of he house . Looking for maybe less walls and a more open floor plan with the bathroom and closet than what’s there currently. Should have a proven track record in completing an addition projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of design concepts and the ability to translate rough ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to bathroom additions/extensions
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight timelines
