I'm seeking an architect to draft a concept design for a 26-30 lot layout, alongside two building designs (one and two-story). The primary objective is to maximize the number of lots on the land.
Key Requirements:
- Draft a 26-30 lot layout design with a focus on maximizing the number of lots.
- Create two building designs based on the 'Zipper house' style.
- Incorporate a park as a key feature within the layout.
- Providing a CMS plan that will allow 2 part contracts
- Retaining a ring road design that requires two entrances on the right side of the property
- Roadway width 5500m
