Zero-Turn Mower Lift Design

I'm in need of a design for a lift that can support up to 150 lbs and reach a height of up to 6 feet. The lift should be made of steel. The successful freelancer will ideally have experience in engineering and materials, specifically with steel, as well as a strong understanding of safety standards pertaining to the construction of lifting equipment. Key requirements:

- The lift must support up to 150 lbs
- The lift should extend to a height of up to 6ft
- The lift must be constructed of steel
