I'm seeking a professional with concrete design experience to create a slab for my workshop and storage area. The design must support a timber framed building with premade trusses and a metal roof.
Key Requirements:
- The slab must have adequate load-bearing capacity to support the building and general wood workshop
- Design must consider necessary reinforcements for a 5 x 14m shed, with the use of rebar, fiber-reinforced concrete, or post-tensioned concrete as needed.
- An understanding of moisture resistance and thermal insulation will be advantageous, although the primary focus is on load support.
