18400 W Wolf St Goodyear patio enclosure

we would like to enclose out patio relocating the slider to be flush with outside walls and remove the wall slider is currently on and the dinning wall. the trusses are three point bearing and bear on the master bedroom wall. we also would like to put a slab on top of the current slab at patio to make it level. current slab is post tension and house was built three years ago I have a home drawn plan for this. would like to have a structural engineer look at it and provide letter stating my plan is ok or suggest changes if necessary
