I am a draftsperson who is doing the plans for an already built ADU. I need an engineer who can create a framing plan and do the calculations regarding the ceiling/roof joists to verify they can maintain the weight. Enclosed are the old original plans and the new plans. The contractor did not do any plans and did not make any structural changes to the garage before converting it.
