Wind Spinner
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'd like to get help in designing wind spinners, few examples:

I'll need vector images in either of the following formats so that I can send these for laser cutting:
DXF, DWG, EPS, AI or using any vector based programs such as CAD, Illustrator, Corel, InDesign etc.
Metal: 18 gauge Stainless Steel, 0.8mm thickness (or as recommended by the designer)
I'd prefer someone with prior experience in designing such wind spinners, and knowledge about laser cutting and powder painting so that these spinners can be designed with the proper 3-D effects and optical illusions. Any animations with colors and light effects that can show the result of the spinners before they are manufactured will be even better, and I am ready to pay for the extra work
