Simple design 920 sq ft living 160 sq ft covered porch aprox 25x49, Cathedral ceilings, Gable Roof 6/12 pitch on slab foundation with 9ft. 2x6 exterior walls. Mini splits for hvac, property in Wewahitchka, Florida wind zone 2, Will be self build. Need complete stamp drawings needed for permitting. I have already created a floor plan.
