Website with autocad building site plan for a farm

I need someone with AutoCAD skills and also someone with website building skills. Could be two separate people. Doesn’t have to be done by the same person. A 3-D AutoCAD image will need to be placed on top of a picture of the current land layout. I can have the land videoed with a drone. Ideally the image should be able to be rotated 360° on the website but it’s fine if it’s just several nonadjustable images from different angles. Thanks in advance
