Piping quantities summarized by project area
Pipe footage separated by size, material, service, and installation condition
Identification of aboveground and belowground piping
Fitting and valve counts by size and type
Support quantities by type and associated piping area
Drawing number and PDF page reference for each takeoff item
Material pricing with unit costs and extended totals
Labor hours by fabrication and installation activity
Labor cost using an adjustable hourly rate
Equipment and rental costs
Subcontractor and specialty-vendor allowances
Waste, consumables, freight, and testing allowances
Separate subtotal for each project area or piping system
