Warehouse/storage and office building

I need a construction project (whole project, memory, blueprints -autocad format-, metering -excel-,and render -pdf-) for a 3 story building in 196 m2 surface (7x28mts) in a flat dessert dry land, plenty of space around. Design project following chilean standard regulations for constructive methods and materials (anti-seismic, structure of reinforced concrete, foundation slab or better economic/reliable, no need of false ceiling, rest -floors and walls- observing economy as first criteria). First story is a 4mt high warehouse, next two stories are meant for office space. All three stories must have two sets of bathroom batteries (washbasin and lavatory, independant, for practical purposes, warehouse´s story are external and should contemplate showers as well). All stories have external access -accomodate in the design-, offices via metal stairs. Warehouse has two, 5mt wide, access/metal sliding doors on longest side and a 2mt glass main entrance on front (7 mt long side). Important to have reliable sanitary and electrical design (think of external water tank). Building is simple, all spaces empty, warehouse with upper windows (sliding or casement) although should also include wind ventilation system (external eolic turbine), other stories with large windows. Consider cafe/kitchenette area on terrace. Good looks aren´t important but surely will help.
