Warehouse design

We have a logistics and distribution project, where we need to design a warehouse, which will improve the efficiency of the warehouse. We have done the profiling, material handling equipment, and warehouse design (using CAD). We need a detailed labor plan per shift per function, investment cost estimate, pivot table, and other analyses required to improve warehouse efficiency.
