Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Require autocad drawing for 50'*180' plot for warehouse concept restaurant with garden. Suggestions for kitchen garden are requested.
Overall plot layout plan as below:
1. Parking Area - For 10 cars and few bikes
2. Warehouse - Main Restaurant Area starting with a Porch entrance till a Verandah overlooking backyard garden. Including kitchen, bakery, bar area, centre area with seating plan, male and female toilets near bar, and fabricated staircase leading upto 1st floor.
3. Garden area with covered leaves canopy, fountain attraction and flower shop near verandah. (Any other suggestions are accepted). Service path on sides in garden for food from kitchen
2 options suggested, as in attached files. Once autocad layout is accepted, job will be given for 3d layout of the same.
