Warehouse Floor Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a proficient and experienced architect to design a floor plan for my portion of a warehouse. The total area of the warehouse building is more than 5,000 sq. ft. I am renting ~2900 sq.ft premise for my own warehouse.
Key Aspects:
- Special emphasis should be given to coming up with a practical and efficient layout for the storage area, ensuring maximum space utilization.
Skills Needed:
- Extensive experience with creating floor plans for warehouses or similar facilities
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent understanding of safety and compliance measures concerning warehouse design
- Creative problem-solving skills to design an efficient storage layout for a large space
- Needs to be licensed in South Carolina to be able to submit signed and sealed floor plan for a permit.
