Project Description – Warehouse Extension Design Proposal
I am currently preparing a development proposal for one of my clients, who wishes to extend their existing storage warehouse. The planned extension will include both additional storage space and new commercial areas.
The commercial section should cover a minimum of 400 m², and the storage area could be of similar size.
I am looking for a freelancer capable of delivering three different layout proposals, each including:
• 2D drawings (AutoCAD format),
• 3D visualizations of the proposed layouts.
An architectural background is required, and experience in industrial or commercial zone development would be a strong advantage. I already have two concept ideas in mind and would be happy to collaborate with a skilled professional to develop and draw them properly.
Please provide:
• Your estimated turnaround time,
• Your quotation for the full service.
Meeting deadlines is essential for this project. Please note that penalties will be applied in case of delivery delays.
Paper plans will be provided, and the existing site must be drawn first before developing the layout proposals.
The project must take into account several key elements, including:
• The areas required for parking,
• Existing features such as roads, septic tanks, and property boundaries,
• Sufficient space for truck maneuvering to unload shipping containers,
• The existing building height, to assess whether a second floor could be integrated into the project,
• The use of materials suitable for a tropical island environment, subject to earthquakes and cyclones.
if you only have the capacity to propose idea and draw in 2d, it's ok too. I can easily find someone who will do the 3d with your drawing.
