Warehouse Construction Design & Floor Plan

I require a comprehensive design and floor plan for a large warehouse, spanning 20000 sq.ft, which will primarily serve as a storage facility for goods. In addition to the warehouse, I also need an office area to be included in the plan. Office Area is about G+1 2500 sqft with another 1000 sqft needed for common areas like guard room, prayer room, dining room etc.

Key Requirements:
