Wanted: CAD / DXF layer cleanup and organization for an architectural floor plan

I am looking for an experienced CAD freelancer to clean up and reorganize an existing architectural floor plan file. The drawing already exists, but the layer structure is messy and inconsistent.

Different objects are placed in the wrong layers, some objects appear in multiple layers, and the file needs to be cleaned up properly and logically.

The job is not to redesign the floor plan. I only want the existing file to be cleaned, sorted, and organized correctly.

Scope of work:

* sort all objects into the correct layers
* make sure furniture, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, kitchen fixtures, doors, windows, interior walls, exterior walls, dimensions, shafts, hatches, and similar elements are each placed in the proper layer
* remove duplicate objects from incorrect layers
* avoid objects being mixed across multiple unrelated layers
* keep the geometry unchanged
* deliver a clean and technically usable CAD file with clear and consistent layer structure

Important:

* this is a technical cleanup job, not a creative redesign
* I need a logical, readable, and well-organized layer system
* objects should not be duplicated across several layers without reason
* if possible, please use simple and clear layer names
* if possible, colors and properties should be organized by layer
* I use Rhino, so the cleaned file must also display correctly there after import
* please make sure the DXF / DWG is prepared in a way that Rhino can read the layers and objects properly

Please include in your offer:

* which CAD software you use
* whether you can work with DXF / DWG
* whether you have experience with files that need to work correctly in Rhino
* your price
* your turnaround time
* and, if possible, an example of similar CAD cleanup or layer organization work

I can provide the current file and screenshots of the issue.
