WAIKOLOA REDRAW PDF IN AUTOCAD

I am looking for a freelancer who can redraw a PDF file in AutoCAD. I will provide the PDF file for reference. The drawing needs to be scaled at 1/4"=1'-0". The final AutoCAD drawing should be delivered in .DWG format.

Skills and Experience:
